We operate our shop much like a deli in that you choose what and how much you want on your poke bowl. Instead of doing “pre-set” bowls, we allow you to pick and choose what type of poke or sides you want.
Everything is priced by weight so you can get as little or as much as you want. Every poke bowl is custom made.

We make our poke using both traditional Hawaiian recipes and unique styles depending on the ingredients that are available to us.
